This is haunting and beautiful. The imagery of the little fox turning violence into a lullaby is so powerful and strange in the best way. I love how the melody must feel like it's rocking back and forth, soothing even when the words are sharp. The repetition of "Lay it down" feels like a spell. Really unique and unforgettable writing.
