Now that was an unexpected journey. Especially from around 4:00 on - the song was great already but it REALLY took off there. I've never driven that highway myself, but I have seen a huge number of people who have, and the lyrics track with that perfectly. Are the lyrics AI, or did you write them, or a mix? They are really good. That image is absolutely perfect.

Thank you! The first proper generation I was somewhat happy with and my voice sounded fine was a lot shorter, but I did feel a need to extend it further in SUNO Studio to keep the journey going 😄 I write the lyrics myself for the most part, I might use AI sparingly to come up with some creative input when I'm really stuck but that really doesn't happen often (instead I just let it rest for a couple of days to years 🤣). The one thing I do use a ton is rhymezone.com 😜. Since I compose my songs from lived experiences, personal opinion or stuff I genuinely care about I make a concerted effort to keep the lyrics as human-made as possible. Thanks for noticing! I always try to put some effort into those 😄

Interesting point: I read the 'about' and then the lyrics, before I saw what the genre was. I was expecting a grunge rock type of song. I'm not sure if you are into grunge (Seattle obv). Anyway - what you chose was perfect for your super lyrics.

Haven't experimented with the genre yet, but I might try it soon 😄! As to this choice I got inspired by Dire Straits Heavy Fuel and since I'm a sucker for that synthwave sounds that was the jumping-off point. Adding the theremin in there was also an inspired choice because of the alien worlds you journey off to while alienating yourself from reality.
