Your current credit balance is displayed in multiple places: - In the navigation header (when signed in) - On your profile page - In the purchase credits modal - On transaction history pages The balance updates automatically after any credit transaction.

Uploading Songs
When uploading a song: - Credits are deducted automatically when you upload - The exact credit cost depends on your account tier and current promotions - If you don't have enough credits, you'll be prompted to purchase more before uploading
Promoting Songs
Promoting a song increases its visibility: - Promotion costs vary based on duration and reach - Credits are deducted when you confirm the promotion - You can see the exact cost before confirming
Creating Artists
Artist profile creation: - One-time credit cost per artist profile - Includes basic setup and profile customization - Credits are deducted when the artist profile is created
Sending Tips
Support creators you love: - Click the tip button on any creator's profile or song - Enter the amount of credits you want to send - Confirm the tip - The creator receives the credits immediately
View all your credit transactions: - Go to your profile settings - Navigate to "Credit History" or "Transactions" - See detailed records of: • Purchases • Credits used for uploads, promotions, etc. • Tips received • Refunds (if applicable)
Credits may be refunded in these situations: - Failed song uploads (after credits were deducted) - Failed promotions (due to system errors) - Payment disputes (resolved in your favor) - Administrative adjustments Refunded credits appear in your transaction history and are added back to your balance automatically.
